Talitha, Cumi: Past Two Weeks

Sorry for the delay in posting. I don't have an excuse other than not having much to talk about.

But to start off, weeks 15-16 are behind us! I am still feeling really good and still craving burgers a lot.

Moving on, I don't really remember much exciting stuff happening the past couple of weeks. One good thing is I got my computer back! Yay! It's feeling much better now.

We also got our taxes done last weekend. We went to the lady who used to live next door to us and she is wonderful when it comes to taxes. She knows all of the ends and outs of getting us a lot of money back. She is super affordable too.

Let's see, what else....

We had our 16 week appointment this past Monday. Everything looked good and we finally got to meet our doctor. We also got to hear that precious little heartbeat again. Our next appointment is on April 4 and we will get to (hopefully) find out if it's a boy or girl! We are still split on what we want. I want a girl and Caleb wants a boy. Caleb likes to keep telling me reasons of why we should have a boy first. I still want a girl. :-)

The other day when Caleb was at work I thought someone broke into our apartment. Turns out I'm just pregnant and super paranoid. There were even cops hanging out right across the street. Since the 911 call center is at the firehouse I wanted to call 911 and have them look out their front window and send those cops right across the street. But I didn't think that would go over too well.

We went to Missouri this past weekend for Caleb's dad's birthday. I left work early on Friday and we made it to Hannibal in time to eat dinner at our favorite Mexican restaurant with our Hannibal friends. It was so good to spend time with them, and fun to laugh at the waitress's response when Ethan ordered a tenderloin because he thinks they have the best one around. At a Mexican restaurant.
Saturday we got to see a lot of Caleb's family, which is always fun. And those nephews aren't too bad either. :-)

In parting I am leaving you with some pictures from this weekend with two adorable boys. Some of these are unknowingly at the courtesy of my sister-in-law and mother-in-law :-) (the fuzzy ones are courtesy of my 2.0 mega pixel camera on my phone. It was just handiest when the moment arose for a picture.)

This is the picture Christa sent me before we got there saying "Someone is waiting for you". I didn't get it until later, but doesn't he just melt your heart??
