Saturday Procastination Project #3

This is the last Saturday that I am a college student.  It feels weird.  However, all the more reason to procrastinate, right?!?  Today was a city-wide garage sale here in Hannibal.  I really wanted to go for a walk today, so I thought it would be fun to go to some garage sales close by.  We only actually saw 2 garage sales and only went to 1 of them.  Instead, we ended up downtown and went to antique malls instead.
I found some stuff I liked, but kept reminding myself that we are moving and whatever I buy has to be moved too.  Sigh.  However, I dont believe this doll belonged in an antique mall.  More like in a horror movie.  I thought it might be a good house-warming present for my sister though.

While we were down there, we climbed up the levy to see how high the river was, since the flood gates are still up.  I think the flood gates are working really well.

But as Caleb pointed out, this water was running to a drain so I guess the wall is at least keeping the water flowing at a manageable rate.

Once we got home, I decided to plant some seeds!    Some of them are african daisies, and the other kind is some blue flower I don't remember the name of, but it looked pretty on the package.

  1. I would say that poor doll needs a good home, but that one is definitely an exception! Very freaky!!!!!!!!
